| Professional Bus Drivers |
| Shree Eshwar Travels will provide an entire complement of fully screened, trained professional People car / bus drivers. With an organizational culture that is focused on customer service and safety, we take great pride in ensuring that professional, well-trained and qualified drivers are available to cover all routes safely, securely, and on schedule. |
| All drivers receive extensive pre-employment training and ongoing in-service training. They must also participate in additional in-service safety training annually before People start-up, and they are required to participate in monthly driving safety meetings. |

| Route Monitors |
| Route Monitors systematically observe, report and assist with on-board People behaviour and discipline issues. They also assist the safety department in developing and implementing effective driver passenger management skills. Shree Eshwar Travels also provides bus attendants for special needs passengers on assigned routes so that specific special needs are met. |
